Well first of all I would like to say that the quality of this work is very good and by that I don't mean the quality of the picture, but the quality of art. Both Stormy and the background co-operate well together since they contrast each other. I love the fact that you have not made just a plain 'square' background but you added the swirls to it which harmonises with Stormy's outfit very well.
As for the originality I gave it five stars. Why five? Well I think I already explained some of it, but let me continue. Even though the transformation is official you made it look very unique. I think that what made this work unique was the pose that you have drawn and also the good use of variety of textures.
To conclude you can see I have given the highest marks for everything and this is because your artwork of Stormy's sirenix is just outstanding and has no negatives since I think that you thought very deeply about what you were drawing and how you drew it.
