Vision should be my interpretation of the feelings and idea, that art author had in their mind while creating the piece. In my opinion You were strongly influenced with the witchy side of Icy and the cold of her power. I really like how You used her hair to make the whole piece even more mysterious and add movement with their shape. This plus the movement in the body make the whole piece of art standing out!
Originality, as next, I understand as putting your own touches to the art. In this case I have to say I gave You such high rate, cuz You aren't affraid to modificate the style and the character to make it look even more original. I think that the idea of "reptile arm" was really clever! I love it! And the way You replaced her tentacles with Hair?
